Alyson, who was born in August of 1993 is an actress, model, and singer. The roles she has played before included Sally and Mike's Super Short Show.. And now, she's shared her experience of a four-year plant-based/vegan lifestyle in an Instagram posting. Stoner began her post with the statement that she 'doesn't tell people what's best for their bodies'. This post was an opportunity for her to share her gratitude for how avoiding all animal products has improved her physical and psychological health.
