
Sara Aliza Eisen, an American television journalist, is currently working with CNBC. She is the co-anchor of the channel's shows "Squawk on the Street" (Closing Bell) and 'Squawk in the Street' (CNBC). A native of Ohio native who was not interested in the markets and currencies while in college. She worked at ForexTV.com when she was a student at New York University. This was the place where she got her first exposure to business news. Later, she earned a master's in broadcast journalism at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. Then, she completed a four-month stint with Bloomberg TV in Hong Kong. She then returned to the US and joined Bloomberg's New York office. She became a television anchor later. In December 2013 she was employed by CNBC as reporter. Before being hired at 'Closing Bell the show, she was co-anchoring 'Worldwide Exchange' and the 'Power Lunch'. Eisen is the co-anchor of "Squawk on the Street" since the year 2014. She is among the most reputable business journalists in the world today. Since her arrival at CNBC her main attention has been on the global news for consumers.
